TB Z21 has been certified ATEX21 after it passed the strict quality test made by the BNV-Italia certifying authority. This Certification comply the Machinery Directive 99/92/CE and the ATEX Directive 94/9/CE, string CE Ex II 2D. DEPURECO TB Z21 is engineered and built according to the ATEX Directive and it comes with: 304 stainless steel filter chamber and dirty can, thermical switch in Explosion Proof box certified 2D IP66, air speed reducer with Silencers, safety filter on air exit, Vacuumeter to get always the control of the Vacuums performances, main filter in polyester class "M" teflon coated, and safety relief valve on Siemens side channel blower. On request TB Z21 can be equipped with HEPA 14 filter (99,995%) for fine/toxic dusts. TBZ21 comply to all the safety requirement of the ATEX regulation, and can be supplied, if required, in Stainless steel AISI316 to operate in food , pharma. chemical industries.

This modern high pressure and highly efficient unit has been designed for the extraction of dusts deriving from dry sanding base coats and stuccoworks, composite materials, stone and marble machining and grinding of metals.

It is classified on the basis of the ATEX Standard according to the identification string in question.
The EVOLUTION NO-SMOKE ATEX arms for fume extraction have been designed to convey the locally produced pollutants, in potentially explosive atmosphere, towards specific filtering and deodorizing systems.
The use of suitable materials to allow a complete earth connection of the electric charges, which are generated during the passage of air in the pipes and the absence of electric components makes the EVOLUTION NO-SMOKE ATEX arm compatible for use in zone 21, 1 and with dusts classified st3."
The propagation of the explosion from a part of 'protected' plant to another 'non protected' part via the connection piping (e.g. pneumatic conveyors) takes place in many cases and is necessary to guarantee the protection and safety of the staff that work in the adjacent area through the use of Decoupling Systems (prescribed by EN 1127-1) to prevent the explosion propagating through the pipes that connect the equipment in question to the rest of the plant. The block valve is studied, designed and tested especially to safely partition the production rooms from the filters.
