The brand new modular extraction SKY HOOD from Coral can fit any individual requirement. It is available in various sizes as standard and other sizesare available on request. The SKY HOOD can be set up on supporting legs or suspended from the ceiling, allowing the hood to be placed where it is not possible to position the extraction directly at source. The hood can be fitted as optional with welding process protection curtains. The SKY HOOD has an innovative flow principle, giving it a particularly high extraction efficiency at very low air volumes, and thus lower energy consumption.

Trolley-mounted filter for extraction and filtering of welding fumes, gases, vapours, aerosols. The CLEANING NO-SMOKE filter is realised with a painted sheet panelled structure provided with a plate with connections for the extractor piping or for the DYNAFLEX or EVOLUTION NO-SMOKE free-standing arms. The polluted air is extracted through the air vent due to the effect of the vacuum created inside the casing by the centrifugal extractor fan.

Cartridge filter for the extraction and filtering of welding fumes, gases, vapours and aerosols. The classical pocket filters for welding and dusts have always dealt with this problem! CORAL gives a competitive, simple and reliable response with the JETCLEAN trolley-mounted unit with long-life polyester cartridges, washable and with manual compressed air cleaning. Operating principle and applications: the fumes are extracted by the patented DYNAFLEX or "EVOLUTION NO-SMOKE" arm, they pass through a metal separator with chicane, pass along the cartridge filtering section and are expelled by the fan mounted in the upper part of the unit. JETCLEAN is essentially designed to treat welding fumes and small amounts of dry dusts.

The new IPERJET DF horizontal cartridge filter is applied for extracting and filtering welding fumes, dusts with small and large particles, small amounts of shavings, dusts/fumes from thermal cutting. It is a filter for indoor environments.

Extraction at source is the most efficient capturing solution for welding fumes! Wherever it is a viable solution, it has been proven that extraction at source is the most effective and efficient method of capturing and removing the pollutant. Using this method, the risk of the welder or operator being subject to hazardous fumes is minimized. Many welding torches are now designed so the torch itself can easily be connected to the appropriate CORAL extraction unit to pick up most of the hazardous welding fumes by keeping the good quality of the welding. In other cases, CORAL magnetic nozzles for welding torches can be used; these are fitted to existing welding torches and are available a fume hood with magnet.

The trolley-mounted dust separator cyclone. Field of application: the trolley-mounted CYCLONFILTER extractor-filter unit is used in all cases where the working conditions of the felt filters or cartridges must be improved by means of cyclonic pre-filtering of the dusts with larger particles. It is of particular interest to the following industries: engineering (grinding, polishing, deburring etc...), of rubber and plastic, wood, chemical, fabric, agricultural, food, etc. Operating principle: the polluted air is extracted by the electric fan positioned on the outlet of the cyclone into whose easily removable lower box, the heavier particles fall. Successively, the finer dusts are withheld in a module made up from 2 filtering bags or 1 cartridge (CYCLONFILTER 1 C) or in 2 modules with 4 filtering bags or 2 cartridges (CYCLONFILTER 2C). Using the cartridge filters, the lower bags must be replaced with plastic collection bags.

Filtering unit for dusts and shavings Due to their heavy duty use in the industrial environment, the eurofilter dust collectors are very strong and solid; this guarantees longer duration through time. Moreover, thanks to accurate design, they are reliable and user friendly. EUROFILTER is suitable for the extraction of dusts of a various nature and dry shavings on individual or multiple sources of dust. It is made up from a galvanised sheet panelled structure (Z) or painted on request (V) with sleeve filters in needle punched felt C (500 gr/m2 on request with anti-static treatment), with automatic mechanical cleaning (vibrator) (M) or pneumatic cleaning (compressed air) (P) and continuous unload of shavings and dust into the easy-to-handle underlying trolley-mounted metal containers.

Practical and economical for cleaning filtering cartridges Applications: cleaning cartridges in the electrostatic powder painting sector, cleaning sanding filters as well as dust collectors in general. Other applications or variants are available on request. The cleaning of vehicle air filters and filtering cartridges in general without suitable tools is a difficult and unhealthy operation. The intervention performed without suitable equipment, produces the dispersion of large amounts of dusts into the work environment and in most cases leads to the filters being replaced when they could be re-used, with a large economic saving. To obtain these results, CORAL proposes an appliance that allows to restore the air filter quickly, economically and cleanly.
