BRACCIO ASPIRANTE EVOLUTION NO-SMOKE

|
"The EVOLUTION NO-SMOKE ATEX has been designed and built in compliance with the 98/37/CE Machinery Directive and the ""ATEX"" 94/9/CE Directive.
It is classified on the basis of the ATEX Standard according to the identification string in question.
The EVOLUTION NO-SMOKE ATEX arms for fume extraction have been designed to convey the locally produced pollutants, in potentially explosive atmosphere, towards specific filtering and deodorizing systems.
The use of suitable materials to allow a complete earth connection of the electric charges, which are generated during the passage of air in the pipes and the absence of electric components makes the EVOLUTION NO-SMOKE ATEX arm compatible for use in zone 21, 1 and with dusts classified st3." |

"Dust and fume scrubber with automatic cleaning in backwash mode.
The cartridge filter with backwash cleaning is composed of filtering elements enclosed in an air-tight central body and is designed to be used in vacuum plants.
The filter can be used correctly for handling fumes, dusts in the mechanical, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors." |

Filtro carteggiatura PULSOTRONIC

|
"High pressure filter.
The new Pulsotronic filter is developed from research and experience of Coral s.p.a.
This modern high pressure and highly efficient unit has been designed for the extraction of dusts deriving from dry sanding base coats and stuccoworks, composite materials, stone and marble machining and grinding of metals.
It can be used for centralised plants; its modularity allows great versatility in use, offering a solution to any requirement.
For maximum operational efficiency, the Pulsotronic unit is fitted with a very modern compressed air cleaning system, managed by a state-of-the-art electronic control unit that can autonomously modify its own settings on the basis of clogging of the filtering cartridges. This allows optimisation of the consumption of compressed air, lower mechanical stress of the filtering fabrics and therefore a lower life cycle cost. The system also offers the opportunity to view the clogging of filters, as per standard." |

"Purifying filter for dusts and fumes with automatic cleaning in backwash mode.
Operating principle:
the CORAL cartridge filter with backwash cleaning mod. AIRCOMPACT is made up from, cartridge filtering elements enclosed in an air-tight central body and is designed to be used in vacuum plants.
The dusty air enters from the connection in the lower part of the hopper and, due to the effect of a sudden decrease in speed, the larger particles settle and end up in the relative collection bin.
The smallest or lightest particles re-ascend the body, inside which the filtering cartridges are housed; the polluted air runs through the cartridges from the outside inwards, in a way that the dust deposits externally while the air moves along the cartridge and escapes purified." |

MEC filter | |

Bag filter for wood dusts and shavings. The CORAL MEC mod. substation is the modular sleeve type with automatic continuous discharge, for filtering shavings, dusts and sawdust. The structure is in strong galvanised sheet panels, bolted to each other and divided as follows: upper body, containing cleaning devices, sleeve-holder frame, filtering sleeves with diameter of 220 mm and tube plate; lower body with collection hopper and evacuation and unload systems (star valve) mounted on legs. The unit is designed to operate when pressurised: the dusty air enters the inlet pre-chamber (drawing 1), which facilitates the settling of larger shavings, or in the hopper (drawing 2), and then re-ascends inside the sleeves and escapes filtered from above: with a suitable plenum, the air can be recovered in the environment or expelled via the by-pass shutter. |

Filtro ad acqua VENTURI

"Water filter. The Venturi scrubbers belong to the medium energy systems.
They are made up from two basic elements: the Venturi, in which the contact takes place between the liquid and the air to be scrubbed; the cyclone separator where the air and the drops that have captured the dust are separated.
Operating principle: the dusty air, extracted by a fan, passes through the orifice to the Venturi, where it is subjected to a great increase in speed, while the water, recirculated by a pump, is introduced in correspondence with the groove." |

FLAP non return valve | |

|
The propagation of the explosion from a part of 'protected' plant to another 'non protected' part via the connection piping (e.g. pneumatic conveyors) takes place in many cases and is necessary to guarantee the protection and safety of the staff that work in the adjacent area through the use of Decoupling Systems (prescribed by EN 1127-1) to prevent the explosion propagating through the pipes that connect the equipment in question to the rest of the plant. The block valve is studied, designed and tested especially to safely partition the production rooms from the filters. |

Diversor | |
"The ESD02 diverter has been studied, designed and tested especially to safely partition the production rooms, where persons operate, from filters and silos and other parts of the plant that are connected to each other, in case an explosion should occur.
The principal of the diverter is based on the reversal of the direction of flow of the explosive mixture by 180°, thus preventing the flame from propagating backwards into the pipe and releasing the pressure generated by the explosion through the rupture disk, which expands outwards into the zone previously identified as ""high risk zone""." |

"Atex explosion suppression system
The suppressor represents the latest generation suppression devices.
It is actuated through an electro-mechanical movement, without the need for
any pyrotechnic loading or gas loading device.
The Firelock is made up from a mechanical part, two redundant magnetic rings, an
electric motor and an electronic control device.
When the valve is activated by the alarm signal coming from the control
unit, two redundant capacitive discharge circuits activate the magnetic rings of the
electric motor. The short movement caused by the motor immediately activates the
valve that unloads the extinguishing powder in just a few milliseconds." |
